Consideration-o- ayof a <br /> partial right-of--way <br /> vacation of 14th ST NW, <br /> City Planner Gundlach reported that this request consists of the vacation of 745 square feet to facilitate the <br /> 14th recording of the plat of <br /> of 14 ST NW right-of-way that lies along the northern boundary of the New Brighton New Brighton Exchange <br /> Exchange redevelopment area. This right-of-way vacation is necessary to ensure clean 1ST Addition. <br /> recording of the NEW BRIGHTON EXCHANGE 1ST ADDITION PLAT.
