Based on our current understanding of the City's goals, CEE proposes the following <br /> process. <br /> Program Marketing <br /> The City will be primarily responsible for program marketing. However, at the City's request, <br /> CEE will be available to assist the City with marketing the program. <br /> Marketing shall include direct mail, articles in the City newsletter, cable access TV, ads in <br /> newspapers, home and garden show events, etc... <br /> Whenever necessary, CEE financing staff will provide home visits to residents requiring <br /> assistance with the completion of financing applications. <br /> Remodeling Advisor Services <br /> CEE is committed to providing Remodeling Advisor services to all property owners. CEE staff <br /> will assist the owner identify and prioritize needed improvements. In addition,we will advise <br /> the owner on how to obtain and review bids to insure fair bids from reputable contractors. <br /> Verification of Installation and Inspections <br /> Whenever a building permit is not required, a CEE housing technician will perform an on-site <br /> property inspection to verify that all funds were used for their intended purposes.
