RESOLUTION NO. 12- <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY AND CALLING FOR <br /> A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECT 12-4,BICENTENNIAL POND TAXATION DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council order, a Feasibility Report has been <br /> prepared by the Engineering Department of the City of New Brighton with reference to <br /> the construction of Improvement Project 12-4,Bicentennial Pond Taxation District. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of <br /> New Brighton: <br /> 1. That the Council will receive the Feasibility Study and consider the pond <br /> improvement project as proposed in City Project 12-4,Bicentennial Pond Taxation <br /> District, in accordance with the Feasibility Study and the taxation of contiguous or <br /> benefiting properties for all or a portion of the cost of the installation, pursuant to <br /> Minnesota Statutes 444.16-444.21, at the estimated cost of$11,157.51. <br /> 2. That the public improvement hearing will be held on said proposed improvement <br /> in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 6:30 p.m., May 8, 2012, and the Clerk <br /> shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br /> required by law. <br /> Adopted this of 10th day of April,2012. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Dave Jacobsen,Mayor <br /> Daniel A.
