This being the case,the conditions imposed by the Council at that <br /> 400 1 OTH STREET N.V.? time are still in effect. Most notably a requirement"that legal agreements be <br /> NEW BRIGHTON,MN 55132 provided insuring the continuous use of the tennis courts and resolve liability <br /> concerns during property transfers." <br /> General Information <br /> PHONE 612-638-2120 <br /> We have previously discussed the possibility of you providing the City with <br /> Rtgist ration <br /> PHONE 612-638.2130 cash to fund the construction of a double tennis court rather than building <br /> 1111 courts to City specifications. The City of New Brighton has not constructed <br /> FAX 612-638-2135 tennis courts recently so we don't have good cost estimates available. I would <br /> suggest that we use costs from two communities that have bid or built courts <br /> in 1995. In either case, construction or payment, the process must be <br /> complete prior to issuance of a building permit. The previously discussed <br /> deed for the property will also be required before a permit is issued. <br /> You had done some grading for tennis courts in the northeast corner of the <br /> park.
