If you think $250,000 is too skimpy and you would like to see something nicer, let us know that. D. Rice Creek North Master Plan A trail north into Lino Lakes is being proposed by Ramsey County. It is a trail that would be well used, there is no cost to the City. The New Brighton City Council will be considering it in January. There is no negative impact of this trail for the City of New Brighton. MOTION BY KINZIE, SECONDED BY OCEL, TO APPROVE THE RICE CREEK TRAIL CORRIDOR MASTER PLAN AS PROPOSED. MOTION CARRIED.
