The subject property is located at the corner <br /> of County Road D and Cleveland Avenue. <br /> FINDINGS <br /> • Section 8-010, Site Plan Review <br /> PAST ACTION <br /> • • On April 21, 1998,the Planning Commission held a public hearing and recommended approval of LP-339. (Vote: <br /> 6-0) <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Motion to APPROVE THE SITE PLAN SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. At least three(3)off-street parking stalls must be provided for handicap parking,one (1) of which must be <br /> van accessible. <br /> 2. The applicant must demonstrate specifically where sewer and water will be connected to the building. <br /> 3. The proposed grading and drainage plan shall be subject to review and approval of Ramsey County and the <br /> City Engineer. <br /> 4. The sidewalk location shall be subject to review and approval of Ramsey County. <br /> 5.
