RESOLUTION No. <br /> • <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING A SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY <br /> WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON(GENERALLY THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 5TH AVENUE AND 1ST <br /> STREET NW). <br /> WHEREAS,the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the <br /> City of New Brighton described as follows: <br /> That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 30, <br /> Range 23, Ramsey County Minnesota lying east of 5th Avenue Northwest, lying north <br /> of vacated 1st Street Northwest, lying west of the westerly right-of-way of Interstate <br /> Highway 35W, except that part platted as Brighton Corporate Park. <br /> AND <br /> That part of vacated 1st Street lying west of the westerly right-of-way of Interstate Highway <br /> 35W and easterly of 5th Avenue Northwest. <br /> WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have <br /> adopted a platting ordinance, approval of the municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions <br /> IP can be filed; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property <br /> without platting if certain criteria can be met. <br /> Now,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,the City Council of the City of New Brighton recommends <br /> approval of the subdivision of the above-described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> Lots 1 and 2, Block 1,Brighton Corporate Park II, according to the recorded plat thereof, <br /> and situate in Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,the City Council of the City of New Brighton recommends approval of <br /> PL-243, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1.
