It is the Attorney's opinion <br /> that the parking spaces adjacent to the fuel pump could be <br /> counted against the number of spaces required for motor fuel <br /> stations(4 spaces). However, sperate spaces should be provided <br /> for the convenience food establishment. The City Code states <br /> that convenience food establishments(without gasoline sales) <br /> generate a need for one space per 200 square feet of floor area, <br /> 11111 therefore,that number of parking spaces should be provided. <br /> The Code also requires motor fuel stations to provide a <br /> G:1C D1-98-CC\REPORTS1CARYIPDQ.WPD <br />
