SOur fence is totally irrrepairable because of the project , extend it and
replace it with a quality fence of 10' in height for the full length of the
property that will not allow light transmission at John Allen's expense.
We had addressed the City Planners 6 years ago with a lovely plan for the
property at issue... That dream has been destroyed (that's life) but please don't
destroy our quaility of life and our capacity to continue our livelyhood.
We need recourse if the lighting is affecting our greenhouses. Just as the
courts have upheld sun rights, so have they upheld the right to natural day
light length without artificial light pollution.
We, as a long time existing business in New Brighton, are ignored by
the many committees, and hired consultants, We were not asked for any
input„ nor given any considerations, But we are still here - so please deal
with us fairly.
