Other Considerations: None <br /> STAFF COMMENTS <br /> The most significant issues with this project are the proposed shared driveway, and site grading. In <br /> regard to shared driveway,there are existing shared driveway arrangements within the City that do not <br /> appear to pose any problems. As mentioned, the applicant originally proposed a shared drive off of 14th <br /> Street,however, is revising the plans per Planning Commission recommendation to provide access to <br /> Lots B &C via a shared driveway off of Silver Lake Road. <br /> • Ramsey County and City Staff believe that the shared access off of 14th is the best solution rather than <br /> direct access from Silver Lake Road, due to the safety concerns regarding driveways entering and exiting <br /> I 1S HAR ED 1C O U N C I L\R E P O RT S11 99 9199-C D114T H.W P D <br />
