Other Considerations: None <br /> PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. Streets: No public streets are proposed. It has been recommended by <br /> Ramsey County and the City's Engineering Department that the <br /> safest access to the proposed new lots would be off of 14th <br /> Street via a shared driveway easement. However,the Planning <br /> Commission recommended that the shared driveway should <br /> come off Silver Lake Road to prevent noise and traffic <br /> associated with the driveway from causing a nuisance for the <br /> existing residents to the west and north. Therefore,the applicant <br /> is now proposing access off of Silver Lake Road. Specific plans <br /> will be handed out to the Council on Tuesday night. <br /> The developer will be responsible for establishing a shared <br /> access easement/agreement that would hold each lot owner <br /> responsible for maintenance.
