RESOLUTION NO. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> • COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION RATES AND INSURANCE <br /> CONTRIBUTIONS FOR NON-UNION PERSONNEL <br /> WHEREAS,the compensation rates forthePayPlan for non-unionpersonnel must be set annuallybyCouncil <br /> resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS,the compensation rates have been reviewed and are attached to this resolution as Attachment A, <br /> Attachment B,and Attachment C;and <br /> WHEREAS,these rates are set in accordance with the policy to compensate personnel at the Stanton mean; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, it is also proposed that the City will continue to make a contributions towards the cost of <br /> employee health insurance;and <br /> WHEREAS,City policy provides that an employee shall be reimbursed for use oftheirpersonal vehicle when <br /> used to conduct City business; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> 1. The 2000 compensation rates shall be as specified in Attachments A,B.and C. <br /> 2. The City's maximum contribution for health insurance will be$405.09 per month. <br /> 3. The City's reimbursement policy for use of a personal vehicle used to conduct City business shall be <br /> consistent with the IRS maximum reimbursement rate. <br /> 4. Monthly exempt,full-time regular employees may receive an amount up to 5%of annual salary in <br /> recognition of excellent performance. This section is to be administered at the discretion of the City <br /> Manager. <br /> 5.
