their proposed development scenario(s) is/are consistent with the <br />development scenarios outlined in the updated AUAR. <br />E. The updated AUAR will show the transformation of the site during the past <br />ten years. It will assess the potential environmental impacts from continued <br />redevelopment of the site. The updated AUAR will also include mitigation <br />strategies to protect human health and the environment. <br />,NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NEW BRIGHTON: <br />1. Pursuant to Minnesota Rule 4410.3610 subp. 3, that an update of the <br />2007 AUAR of the Redevelopment Site be ordered and prepared <br />meeting all applicable requirements, as set forth in Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter I I 6 and Minnesota Rules chapter 4410. <br />2. That the 2012 AUAR of the Redevelopment Site be distributed to all <br />required reviewing agencies, as required by applicable law, rules, and <br />regulations, as well as all interested citizens requesting copies of <br />same. <br />That the City updated the 2007 AUAR using in-house resources and <br />proposed to do the same for the 2012 update. Professional <br />consultant(s) would only be used on case-by-case bases when <br />expertise does not rely in-house. <br />this 22nd day of May 2012. <br />ATTEST: <br />Daniel A.
