(2) Off-site signs promoting or announcing such functions may be authorized through <br />tre license, subject to the following conditions: <br />A. Such signs may only be erected one week prior to the event and must be <br />removed within one day after the event. <br />B. Such signs may only be placed on private property with permission of the <br />underlying property owner. <br />C. Off-site signs are limited to a total of five locations. <br />D. Only one sign may be permitted per location. <br />E. Such signs are limited to six square feet in area and four feet in height. <br />F. Signs allowed without permit per Section 9-040(3) (G) do not need to be <br />included in the license required under this Article. <br />G. This paragraph does not apply to signs permitted under Zoning Code Section <br />M 9-046. <br />Section 15-703. Outdoor Retail Sales. <br />[I <br />�) Out of door retail sales and display for promotional events may be permitted for <br />periods not to exceed 10 consecutive days. Three such 10 day licenses may be allowed <br />per premises per calendar year. The license fee shall be set by City Council resolution. <br />) Out of door retail sale, display, and storage of nursery and garden merchandise may <br />permitted for a period not to exceed 10 weeks in a calendar year. The license fee shall <br />e set by City Council. <br />Section 15-704. General Provisions. <br />he following general provisions shall be applicable to all events licensed under this <br />icle: <br />(1) Any noise generated by the event shall be regulated in accordance with City Code <br />Section 17-12(7). <br />4 <br />) In the event alcohol will be served at the outdoor event, an appropriate liquor license <br />ust be obtained through the Department of Public Safety in accordance with Chapter 4 <br />ofthe City Code in addition to a license under this article. <br />(i) In the event food will be served at the outdoor event, an appropriate food license <br />rnust be obtained through Ramsey County Department of Public Health. <br />)ther applicable permits, such as an electrical permit or a tent permit, must be <br />from the appropriate City department, including Community Development and <br />afety. <br />15-705.
