He explained the Council ordered the project in April and authorized staffto <br />' prepare plans and specifications. After approval, the City would seek bids and award a contract on August 15, 2012 with <br />construction beginning for the project in September of this year. Public Works Director Wyffels commented <br />Public Hearing <br />the entire project would take place in the Pike lake drainage area which had a 667 acre parcel/watershed tllat <br />drains to Pike lake.
