By targeting efforts and resources in these three strategic areas, ATPCI <br /> anticipates decreases in auto theft, a more informed public, and increases in the arrest and <br /> apprehension of offenders. The Ramsey County Attorney's Office is supporting this initiative. <br /> Costs and Funding: <br /> The City of New Brighton Department of Public Safety was allocated $21,410.40 toward local <br /> equipment and personnel costs associated with ATPCI. <br /> Anthony S.
