Present: Mayor Jacobsen, Councilmembers Samuelson, Bauman, Jacobsen and Burg Absent: None Also Present: Dean Lotter -City Manager, Bob Jacobson -Director of Public Safety, Grant Wyffels- Director of Public Works, Grant Fernelius-Director of Community Development, Sandy Breuer -Director of Parks and Recreation, Dan Maiers-Director of Finance and Support Services Call to Order Mayor Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. Public Comment Forum Mayor Jacobsen opened the Public Forum for comments from the public. Council Aeenda Approval ofthe September 11, 2012 Council Agenda City Manager Lotter requested the Council add an additional item to the Consent Agenda regarding the 2011 Street Project. He discussed the matter in detail and suggested it be added as Item 10 to the Consent Agenda Motion by Councilmember Burg, seconded by Councilmember Samuelson to approve the agenda as amended. 5 Ayes, 0 Nays -Motion Carried Council Minutes Approval ofthe Council minutes from August 28, 2012. Motion by Councilmember Samuelson, seconded by Councilmember Jacobsen to approve the minutes from the August 28, 2012 meeting. 5 Ayes, 0 Nays - Motion Carried Commission Minutes None.
