Call to Order <br /> The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Frischman <br /> II. Minutes of June 6, 2012 <br /> MOTION BY LONG NGUYEN, SECONDED BY KEVEN FIELDS, TO <br /> APPROVE THE MINUTES OF JUNE 6, 2012 AS SUBMITTED. MOTION <br /> CARRIED. <br /> IV. New Business—Presentation on Local Road Construction <br /> A. Presentation by Mark Lindeberg, MNDOT Project Manager <br /> Nine projects are happening right now. Each of those 9 projects will <br /> be completed by 2016. Some overlaps with projects. <br /> 2012 Projects <br /> • The Lexington Ave. bridge is complete. <br /> • 694 project to be complete 2013 —several ramp closures due <br /> to this project. <br /> • Hwy 10 bridges at 35W replacement <br /> 2013 Projects <br /> • Hwy. 96 and 10 grade separation project—lower 20 feet <br /> • Hwy 10 between 35W and 694 <br /> 2014 Projects <br /> • Hwy 96 bridge at 35W—bridge rehabilitation. <br /> 2015 Projects <br /> • County Road H bridge at 35W—replacement—needs to be <br /> raised about 2 feet and will be new bridge. Working with <br /> Ramsey County on needs for that area. Will be looking at <br /> pedestrian trail and crossing at that location. <br /> • Bridge replacement at Snelling and County Road E. <br /> 2016 Projects <br /> • County Road E2 and F over 35W—Bridge Replacement- <br /> County Rd F will be done between June and August so <br /> school will not be disrupted. <br /> Other <br /> • 35W Managed Lane Study—35W up to Forest Lake <br /> • Communication—Contact info <br /> • Public Relations Consultant Hired <br /> i <br />
