If an elected official elects single+1 or family coverage through the City, the <br /> City Councilmember is responsible for paying the difference between single coverage and the <br /> single+l or family insurance premium rates. <br /> If interested, Councilmembers may select one of the following insurance plans provided by the <br /> City of New Brighton through Health Partners. Please inform <br /> Assistant to the City Manager Schawn Johnson that you wish to continue your current health <br /> insurance coverage for 2012. <br /> If you wish to enroll in the City's health insurance plan or make changes to your current <br /> insurance plan selection for the 2012 calendar year,please contact Assistant to the City Manager <br /> Schawn Johnson at Schawn johnsonAnewbrightommLgov.
