He <br /> updated the Council on the City's redesigned web page. The site would be relaunched in <br /> January of 2013. He noted Staff was continuing to gather information on paperless packets <br /> while reviewing how this technology integrated with the City's existing computer systems. He <br /> discussed potential citizen engagement software noting this would be further addressed by the <br /> Council next spring. <br /> Gina Bauman <br /> Councilmember Bauman stated there was no Planning Commission in October. <br />
