She noted this decision was made <br /> at the State level and was not determined by the Council. She thanked the Council for working <br /> diligently to keep the levy flat. <br /> Councilmember Samuelson stated the City employee expenditures have declined since 2010. <br /> She was proud of the City Staff and their commitment to the community. She also thanked the <br /> school district for the work done on their behalf, as this continued to draw families to the area. <br /> Councilmember Jacobsen thanked the City employees for working to keep expenses down <br /> while prices are rising. He commended the Council and Staff for collaborating to reach the <br /> proposed budget and levy. He thanked the public for the comments presented this evening. <br /> Mayor Jacobsen considered it an honor to work with the City Staff and Council.
