City Manager Lotter commented the <br /> team building session had yet to be scheduled and he would continue seeking dates from the <br /> Council. He explained the Communication's Committee was reviewing options for the City's <br /> website redesign. <br /> Gina Bauman <br /> Councilmember Bauman indicated the Planning Commission met on November 20th and <br /> discussed the Wolkerstorfer application along with the addition of a Subway to the New <br /> Brighton Community Center. She discussed the proposed location of the Subway kiosk. She <br /> noted there would be a Truth in Taxation meeting on December 4, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Mary Burg <br /> Councilmember Burg reported the EDC met in November and discussed the Stuart Company <br /> proposal noting they would not be going forward with another building. She indicated API and <br /> Colliers Group were present at the meeting. She discussed the proposed additions API has <br /> proposed for their site. <br /> Char Samuelson <br /> Councilmember Samuelson reported Tony Paetznick and Trevor Hamdorf returned from their <br /> deployment to New York. These officers served for 10 days and worked through the <br /> emergency operations center in response to hurricane Sandy. She explained the Public Safety <br /> Commission would be working to update the Bias Crime Policy. <br /> Paul Jacobsen <br /> Councilmember Jacobsen reported the Parks, Recreation and Environmental Commission <br /> would not meet again until January. He indicated the Commission was in need of three Adjournment <br /> members and he encouraged those interested in serving to contact City Hall. The meeting adjourned <br /> at 7:10 p.m. <br /> Mayor Jacobsen <br /> Mayor Jacobsen reported the Library Committee will meet on November 29th. He noted <br /> several pieces of artwork would be installed in the library and that the library has raised <br /> $100,000 to cover the expense of these pieces. <br /> Adjournment <br /> Motion by Councilmember Samuelson, seconded by Councilmember Bauman to adjourn <br /> the meeting, <br /> 5 Ayes, 0 Nays-Motion Carried, <br /> Meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m. <br /> Dave Jacobsen, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Daniel A.
