Seeks and attends diverse community -based events to gain first -hand knowledge and insight on the City's <br />needs as a fully developed community and opinions of its citizens on the services being delivered to <br />them. <br />➢ Citizens appear generally satisfied with City services based on the number of complaints received, <br />recognizing that a City's safety, civic and sound public policy for all obligations will create debate and <br />disagreement from time to time. <br />
