Mayor Jacobsen read in full the Resolution regarding the donation being made by the Jean Stout Estate. He thanked the Stout family and offered his condolences on their loss. Councilmember Jacobsen stated the City received$12,000 in donations for the Santa Cop program. He thanked the City and its residents for making this program a huge success.
