March 26, 2013 Page 1 of 6 <br />Of COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS <br />N <br />MdCMDN <br />the city that works for you THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />Pursuant to notice thereof, a regular meeting of the New Brighton City Council was held Tuesday <br />March 26, 2013 at 6:30 pm in the New Brighton Council Chambers. <br />Present: Mayor Jacobsen, Councilmembers Samuelson, Bauman, Jacobsen and Burg <br />Absent: <br />Also Present: Dean Lotter -City Manager, Charlie LeFevere -City Attorney, Bob Jacobson - Director <br />of Public Safety, and Janice Gundlach -City Planner <br />Call to Order <br />Mayor Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. <br />Public Comment Forum <br />Mayor Jacobsen opened the Public Forum for comments from the public. <br />Josh Holston, Troop #153 explained he was present this evening to assist him in earning his <br />Citizenship and Community Badge.
