Ms. Wilson reviewed several <br />cases that had settled well one being such as Portland, Oregon. <br />Councilmember Bauman irldicated without the operating support from Comcast, CTV would not exist. She <br />understood the contract would not remain as is and hoped that Comtast would begin working to resolve the <br />differences at this time. <br />3. Proclamation Declaring May 2013 as Building Safely Month Report No. 13 -076. <br />Director of Community Development Femelius requested the Council declare May 2013 as Building Safety <br />Month He discussed the importance of this issue and noted several initiatives that would be taken on by City <br />Staff in the coming weeks. <br />Director of Community Development Femelius then congratulated Jim Willumet the City's Building Official <br />for receiving an award from the Minnesota Association of Building Officials as the Building Code Official of <br />the Year.
