During the installation construction, the western <br /> edge of the proposed sidewalk, match the existing flow and fill what is to the east <br /> to meet the required cross slope minimum with the additional fill. A retaining wall <br /> was required on the east most end to allow the grade difference to account for <br /> the existing columns. Ramsey County work in this location is scheduled for this <br /> summer. It is for rehabilitation of the driving surface only.
