Present: Mayor Jacobsen, Councilmembers Samuelson, Jacobsen and Burg Absent: Councilmember Bauman Also Present: Dean Lotter-City Manager, Bob Jacobson-Director of Public Safety, Grant Wyffels- Director of Public Works, Dan Maiers-Finance Director and Janice Gundlach-City Planner Call to Order Call to order Mayor Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 6:36 pm.
