Please see attached payment breakdown for details. <br /> Explanation: The project consists of replacing 16 air relief valves, replacing a pressure regulating valve, replacing a <br /> 14-inch butterfly valve, replacing float switch support pipes, chemical room modifications, replacing 3 flow meters at <br /> Wellhouses 3/4 and 15,and piping modifications at the City of Fridley booster station. <br /> In total 10 items were in included in the contract: <br /> Item 1.0—Replace Iron Filter Air Valves <br /> Item 2.0—Replace Miscellaneous Air Valves <br /> Item 3.0—Replace Pressure Regulating Valve on GAC Backwash <br /> Item 4.0—Replace 16-inch Backwash Manifold Valve <br /> Item 5.0—Replace Backwash and Air-Gap Tank Float Supports <br /> Item 6.0—Fluoride Room Modifications <br /> Item 7.0—Chlorine Room Modifications <br /> Item 8.0—Potassium Permanganate Room Modifications <br /> Item 9.0—Replace 10-inch Flow Meters in Wellhouse 3/4 and 15 <br /> Item 10.0—Fridley Booster Pump Station Modifications <br /> All contract work with Shank Constructors, Inc. for City Project 12-16, WTP#1 Piping and Chemical System & <br /> Wellhouse 3/4 & 15 Modifications has been completed and accepted by Barr Engineering on behalf of City staff. This <br /> payment includes payment on all contract final quantities and Change Order items associated with the project.
