Parks
Superintendent, Wolla stated he did respond regarding the drainage
issues at Hansen because of the wet weather. That area has not been a
problem before. He is hoping to get Engineering out there to see if they
can figure out why it is a problem. We will also reseed the area where the
grass is not coming through. Wolla also commented there is water on the
playground area that they are trying to remedy as well.
Commissioner Lundberg commented that the kids love the new
playground but she was wondering if there are any plans to add a toddler
area to the play area.
Parks Superintendent Wolla commented that they have equipment at the
shop but it does not match the color scheme. There is plenty of room for
it. Within the next couple weeks we will be finishing off those things at
Hansen. The dirt pile will be going away.
