Vehicle Condition Index <br /> Vehicle 095 Chev Tahoe <br /> Factor Points <br /> Age 5 One point for each year of chronological age, base on in-service date. <br /> Miles/Hours 125,070 12.5 One point for each 10,000 miles of use. <br /> Type of Service 5 1, 3, 5 points are assigned based on the type of service that vehicle receives. <br /> For instance,a police patrol car would be given a 5 because it is in severe duty <br /> service.
