Said parcel <br />contains 2,622 square feet or 0.0602 acres. <br />The proposed legal description of 2186 Bicentennial Court (proposed Parcel B) is: <br />Lot 6, Block 2, Brentwood Hills Second Addition, EXCEPT that part described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said Lot 6; thence North 88 degrees 50 <br />minutes 49 seconds East, along the North line of said Lot 6, a distance of 32.41 feet to <br />the northeasterly corner of said Lot 6; thence South 01 degree 04 minutes 10 seconds <br />East, along the Easterly line of said Lot 6, a distance of 70.00 feet; thence North 66 <br />degrees 21 minutes 12 seconds West a distance of 59.53 feet to the northwesterly line <br />of said Lot 6; thence North 24 degrees 36 minutes 25 seconds East, along said <br />northwesterly line, a distance of 50.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />1' . The proposed subdivision results in no new developable lots per R -1, Single Family <br />Residential zoning standards. <br />The City Council determines the proposed subdivision described above is minor in <br />nature and therefore is approved in accordance with City Code Section 26 -18 (1). <br />NoVV THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that based upon the above findings of fact the <br />plication for a Minor Subdivision (MS2013 -001) is hereby approved as depicted on <br />aftached Exhibit A, and subject to the following condition: <br />1.., Proposed Parcel A is legally combined for tax purposes with 1923 3rd ST NW.
