2. Final Plat and Final PUD approval is obtained for future development of Outlots C, <br /> D, and G. <br /> 3. Accessory structures on the single family lots shall be regulated in accordance with <br /> Zoning Code Section 4-530, except as otherwise regulated through the established <br /> HOA's and that structural coverage may be increased to 48% of the lot area and <br /> hardcover to 55% of the lot area. <br /> 4. Brick/stone shall cover 10% of the street facade of all 89 single family homes and <br /> shall also cover 30% of the street façade of all 32 townhomes. <br /> 5. Incorporation of the comments contained in the interoffice Engineering and Public <br /> Safety memorandums, attached as exhibits to this report. <br /> 6. The Commencement Date for Phase 1 shall be June 1, 2014. The Compliance Date <br /> shall be December 31, 2018. Commencement and compliance dates for future phases <br /> shall be established as part of the final PUD approval. <br /> 7. Submission of a copy of their Rice Creek Watershed District permit. <br /> 8. Review and acceptance of the plat by the Ramsey County Surveyor. <br /> 9.
