A single row of parking is allowed between the building and the street. <br /> C. Building Type B 1 may have a flat or pitched roof. <br /> D. At least 20% (twenty percent) of the site area for a Type B 1 building must be <br /> occupied by buildings at least 3 stories in height, with no maximum height <br /> requirement. <br /> E. Commercial uses may occupy 10,000 (ten thousand) square feet of floor area <br /> within a Type B 1 building. <br /> (5) Building Type B2, Office. <br /> A.
