Type C3 buildings shall not <br /> exceed 2 %2 stories or 30' in height, whichever is greater, and shall be regulated as <br /> part of a Planned Development per Chapter 7 of the Zoning Code. <br /> (9) Building Type P, Public park buildings. Type P buildings are permitted on publicly <br /> owned land with the NWQ district, or in any other area within the NWQ district with <br /> a special use permit. <br /> Sec. 6-730. Street Types. <br /> Repealed <br /> Within the Northwest Quadrant there arc established certain Street Types for the purpose <br /> of regulating building types, land uses, and setbacks. Parking Requirements. <br /> (1) Off-street parking shall be provided at a ratio of four spaces per thousand square feet <br /> of floor area of retail, commercial and office development. For the purposes of this <br /> section net floor area shall mean floor area minus hallways, bathrooms, lobby, <br /> lunch/break rooms and the like. <br /> (2) Parking for residential units in the NWQ District shall be provided on site, and shall <br /> be calculated as follows: <br /> A. Townhouses: two spaces per unit plus one visitor space per four units, so that <br /> there are at least two visitor spaces within 200 feet of every unit. <br /> B. Other multi-story multi-family: 1.5 spaces per unit, plus one visitor space per four <br /> units. <br /> C. Multi-family devoted exclusively to seniors aged 55 years and older: 1.1 spaces <br /> per unit, plus one visitor space per four units, located so that the majority of <br /> visitor spaces are within 100 feet of the entrance to the building. <br /> D.
