e. That the special use shall, in all other respects, conform to the applicable regulations <br /> of the district in which it located. <br /> Staff is not aware of any noncompliance issues on site. A separate building permit <br /> will be required for the silo. Additionally, the applicant is advised that any outdoor <br /> storage being utilized during the interior plant renovation work must be removed <br /> promptly following completion. <br /> Staff concludes all special use criteria have been met and would recommend approval. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> Recommend approval of the Special Use Permit as requested, subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. No signs shall be allowed to be displayed on the proposed silo. <br /> 2. A separate building permit is obtained for the proposed silo. <br /> 3.
