PLANNING REPORT <br /> DATE: August 14, 2013 <br /> CASE: LP2013-005 <br /> SUBJECT: Site Plan to Allow Construction of a 3,365 SF Addition at 850 County <br /> Road D West <br /> APPLICANT: Andrew Wahl on behalf of Dental Properties, LLC <br /> REQUEST&BACKGROUND <br /> The applicant is requesting approval of a Site Plan to allow construction of a 3,365 SF addition <br /> to the dental office building currently under construction at 850 County Road D West. The <br /> addition will house another dental specialty clinic, but will be connected by a shared entrance to <br /> the larger orthodontic clinic that was approved in January of this year. All minimum standards <br /> have been met and a public hearing is not required. <br /> The building under construction currently, which was approved in January of this year, was <br /> modified slightly since the original approval in an effort to reduce costs. These Site Plan <br /> modifications were approved administratively because the building location and above ground <br /> square footage was not changing, parking stalls were not lost, and the overall noticeable effect to <br /> the approved site plan was negligible.
