October 2010: City(Barr)begins monthly vapor monitoring from network of <br /> wells. Reports submitted to MPCA. <br /> November 2010: Report of methane leaking in City sanitary/storm sewer. <br /> Investigated matter and determined not to be an issue. <br /> MPCA begins raising issue of recording environmental covenants <br /> against underlying properties. <br /> Winter 2010— MPCA requests additional vapor monitoring points. MPCA <br /> Spring 2011: provides concept drawing(suggestion)for additional vertical <br /> venting in February 2011. <br /> May 2011: City(Barr) submits plan for additional vapor monitoring wells. <br /> October 2011: City installs additional vapor monitoring points; and continues <br /> sending monthly reports to MPCA. <br /> February 2012: City(Barr) submits summary of landfill gas monitoring activities <br /> for 2010 and 2011. <br /> March 2012: City provides sample environmental covenants to MPCA for <br /> review and comment.
