He appreciated the cooperative efforts townhomes on <br /> that have been exhibited by Pulte Homes throughout the entire negotiation process. approximately 27 <br /> acres of land on the <br /> City Planner Gundlach reported the applicant is requesting several land use approvals to allow west side of Old <br /> for the development of 27 acres of land within New Brighton Exchange into 89 single-family Highway 8 NW <br /> whomes and 32 townhomes, including dedication of public roadways.
