The City will generate$10,327.44 <br /> during the two year lease. <br /> Explanation: <br /> Approve a two (2) year lease with Julianne Bruce for Room 229 at the New Brighton Community Center <br /> (NBCC). The lease terms would be from November 1,2013—October 31,2015. <br /> This is a lease renewal with Julianne Bruce for Room 229,which is on the second floor of NBCC. The <br /> space is above the kitchen and opens to the atrium on the second floor. <br /> Julianne Bruce is a Licensed Massage Therapist that is a current tenant in good standing at NBCC. She <br /> has been a tenant beginning on March 1,2011. <br /> One change in this lease deals with the period NBCC is shutdown. The new clause states: <br /> The Landlord shuts down for a period of four to ten days annually. Landlord may perform <br /> cleaning, maintenance and improvement projects throughout the New Brighton Community <br /> Center. Landlord may prohibit access to the Leased Space during this time if the Landlord <br /> believes providing access may create a safety concern or may cause damage within the <br /> New Brighton Community Center.
