A note shall be added to the plans indicating that the contractor must contact Mark Herrick in the <br />Engineering Department at 651- 638 -2054 for inspection erosion control measures and storm sewer <br />utility work (i.e filtration basin). <br />2. The existing conditions need to be surveyed, and a proposed grading plan developed. Proposed <br />elevations should be included to indicate proper drainage. <br />3. The disturbed area needs to be calculated and the pre project vs post project hard surface indicated <br />on the plan. <br />4. Please submit correspondence from Rice Creek Watershed District that no permit is required, or a <br />copy of their permit for erosion control measures for our records. <br />5. Hydrology calculations may be required to demonstrate compliance with rate control measures. <br />6. The building official will need to work with the Parks Department on the removal /demolition of the <br />existing facilities to be removed. <br />The City Engineering Department will work with Parks to address items 1 -5, and Community Development for <br />Item 6. <br />
