T I e Planning Commission and City Council recommended the City Council approve the Site <br />P n and Nonconforming Use Permit requests. <br />Now EREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that based upon the above findings of fact the application <br />fora ite Plan (LP2014 -001) and Nonconforming Use Permit (NC2014 -001) is hereby approved, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. C oinl�liance with the items noted in the Interoffice Engineering Memo dated 2 -13 -2014. <br />2. The applicant shall remove any dead landscaping and replace with new in conjunction with <br />tli4 parking lot expansion & re- build. All exposed areas and bare soil shall be graded to <br />e' i ure positive drainage and seeded or sodded to prevent erosion. <br />3, T, e applicant shall explore shifting the proposed parking centrally between the building to <br />a ieve, as closely as possible, a 15' separation between the buildings and parking lot.
