He explained the Town Hall meeting would be held on April 12, 2014. He noted the <br />Council /Staff Team Building meeting was scheduled for March 22 "d <br />Gina Bauman <br />Councilmember Bauman reported the 2013 Public Safety Member of the Year was awarded by <br />the Public Safety Department to Officer Scott Kingsley. She indicated the Fighter of the Year <br />was awarded to Mike Nundahl and Police Officer of the Year was awarded to Burt Emerson. <br />She recognized the fire department for their efforts to clear out the City's fire hydrants. She <br />commented the Cable Commission has updated their Open Meeting Law information and <br />explained the formal and informal negotiations continue with Comcast.
