The motion reads as follows: <br />TO RECOMMEND TO THE NEW BRIGHTON CITY COUNCIL TO <br />REQUEST A 10 -FOOT MULTI -USE TRAIL ON THE SOUTH SIDE, <br />ALONG WITH A 6 -FOOT BIKE LANE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE <br />PROPOSED BRIDGE. THAT WOULD INCLUDE AN IMPROVED <br />PEDESTRIAN CROSS WALK ACROSS 10TH STREET NW AT THE <br />COMMUNITY CENTER, ALONG WITH THE RECONSTRUCTION OF <br />THE 5 -FOOT SIDEWALK INTO AN 8 -FOOT MULTI USE TRAIL ON THE <br />SOUTH SIDE OF 10TH STREET FROM OLD HIGHWAY 8 TO CONNECT <br />INTO THE NEW BRIDGE ACROSS 1 -35W AND CONNECTING INTO <br />THE CURRENTLY PROPOSED MULTI -USE TRAIL SYSTEM THAT IS <br />PROPOSED BY ARDEN HILLS. <br />County Road E2 Bridge (2016) <br />After much discussion the consensus was to gather more information and <br />discuss this at the March meeting. <br />b. Council Report — Council Member Strub <br />Council Liaison Strub commented that Chair Frischman presented at the <br />last Council meeting an update /review of 2013. <br />Chair Frischman stated that Council members are appreciative of the work <br />that this Commission does and the time that is committed to benefit the <br />residents. <br />
