The invoice includes work completed between project initiation and March 18, 2014. <br />The work completed to date includes: <br />1. Site mobilization including construction of a temporary entrance <br />2. Removal of media and gravel (1 filter) <br />3. Filter vessel inlet pipe inspection (1 filter) <br />4. Removal of existing air wash distributor piping (1 filter) <br />5. Removal of underdrain nozzles (1 filter) <br />Outstanding items include the following base bid and alternative bid items: <br />Base bid items <br />1. Demobilization <br />2. Removal of existing filter media and gravel base from three filters <br />3. Inspection of filter underdrain nozzles, inlet distributor piping, and air wash distributor piping in <br />three filters. <br />4. Preparation for and re- coating filter interiors (includes surface preparation, stripe coat, primer and <br />finish coat(s). <br />5. Providing new underdrain nozzles. <br />6. Removing and providing new sample tap screens. <br />7. Providing new access manway gaskets. <br />8. Providing new gravel retaining screens. <br />9.
