As you <br /> know,APi Group is currently at capacity in our existing headquarters building. APi Group is <br /> currently planning on constructing a 45,000 square foot,3-story building directly north of our <br /> existing campus on approximately 2 acres to accommodate our growth as an organization. Our <br /> intent per floor is as follows: <br /> 15t Floor: Training Room <br /> • 3 full-time,year round employees. <br /> • Multiple small conference rooms for small group training sessions for local APi <br /> companies. <br /> • One large conference room with the ability to accommodate groups up to 120 people. <br /> If used,will be no more than 2 times per year.
