Please <br />see attached payment breakdown for details. <br />Explanation: This project consists of rehabilitating the four iron /manganese removal system filter vessels at <br />WTP #1. Project items include: <br />1. Site mobilization, temporary entrance, demobilization. <br />2. Remove filter media and gravel. <br />3. Filter vessel inlet pipe inspection. <br />4. Remove underdrain nozzles. <br />5. Prepare and re -coat filter interiors (includes surface preparation, stripe coat, primer and finish <br />coat(s). <br />6. Provide new underdrain nozzles. <br />7. Remove and provide new sample tap screens. <br />8. Provide new access manway gaskets. <br />9. Provide new gravel retaining screens. <br />10. Provide new gravel base and filter media. <br />11. Disinfect vessels and provide bacteriological testing. <br />12. ASME vessel recertification. <br />13. Remove existing and provide new inlet distributor piping for all vessels. <br />14. Remove existing and provide new air wash distributor piping for all vessels. <br />15. Remove and replace stainless steel studs, clips, and underdrain support steel used to support the <br />media and gravel retaining screen (added via Change Orders 1 and 3). <br />Costs and Funding: The total cost of this project will be funded from Fund 206 — NBCGRS Army Water Fund. <br />The provisions of the contract with Rice Lake Construction Group stipulate that the City makes a partial payment <br />to the contractor at least once each month at regular intervals on the basis of the work performed during that <br />preceding month.
