Council Report <br />September 9, 2014 <br />City Project 13 -15, Lift Station 7 Generator <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />survey and created the required easement documents to allow the City to negotiate an agreement for the adjusted <br />easement corridor. The City is very close to receiving the necessary easement for this work. In exchange for the <br />easement, the City will remove miscellaneous debris and junk to a landfill and hire a tree contractor to grind up a <br />large pile of branches located behind the apartment garage complex. The negotiated easement will be approved as <br />part of a future council action. <br />Costs and Funding: This project, if approved, would be funded from Sewer Improvement Fund 402.
