Commission Business <br /> (A) Volunteers of America Minnesota request an appeal of a staff determination that a residential re- <br /> entry center, which provides assistance to prisoners who are nearly release, is not a use that is <br /> considered similar to the uses in Zoning Code Section 6-540(2) (E) and is therefore not eligible to <br /> apply for a Special Use Permit. *REMOVED <br /> Commissioner McPherson questioned the status of the recent request from ISD 621 for a parking lot expansion at <br /> the Pike Lake Education Center.
