The construction is substantially complete. This letter serves as an invoice for this <br />project. Please remit $63,690.30 to the City of Columbia Heights at your earliest convenience. <br />Thank you. <br />Based on 2013 contractor bid unit prices, the construction cost for the City of New Brighton for <br />the east half of Stinson Blvd from Argonne Drive to 220' south of Innsbruck Parkway was <br />$58,972.50. The construction quantities for the east half of Stinson Blvd are shown on the <br />enclosed sheet.
